Fatal Clairton shooting death of Terell Blanks of Clairton – Obituary
Allegheny County police announced Thursday that two individuals have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Terell Blanks, who was found dead in Clairton earlier this month.
The incident occurred on July 12 on Madison Avenue. Police reported that 27-year-old Terell Blanks was declared dead at the scene.
“Based on witness interviews and surveillance footage, it was concluded that 27-year-old Thomas Walker V of North Braddock was responsible for the shooting,” the county police stated. “Additionally, detectives identified 25-year-old Ciara Clifton of McKeesport as being involved in the homicide.”
Walker faces charges including homicide, criminal conspiracy, and carrying a firearm without a license, while Clifton is charged with conspiracy.
Both suspects are being held in the county jail as they await their preliminary arraignment.
