Fatal Cleveland shooting death of Jaqueal Talley – Obituary
The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man on the city’s east side on Saturday night.
The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Kempton Avenue, close to East 102nd Street.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found Jaqueal Talley unresponsive in a parked car.
He was declared dead at the location.
