Aman Abraham Gebreyesus dies in fatal Silver Spring car crash
Fatal Silver Spring car crash death of Aman Abraham Gebreyesus – Obituary
Aman Abraham Gebreyesus, 30, of Silver Spring, was struck and killed while crossing the street on Saturday night.
The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) reported that officers responded to a crash involving a pedestrian at the intersection of University Boulevard East and Langley Drive just before 9 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found Gebreyesus deceased at the scene.
Investigations revealed that Gebreyesus was crossing University Boulevard East when he was hit by a 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee. The driver remained on the scene following the incident.
The crash remains under investigation. Witnesses are urged to contact 240-773-6620 with any information.
