Fatal NoMa shooting deaths of Antonio Williams and Terrell Osbourne, Jr. – Obituary

D.C. police have named the two men who were fatally shot in a quadruple shooting early Saturday morning in the NoMa neighborhood.

The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on the unit block of M Street, NE.

The deceased have been identified as 33-year-old Antonio Williams from Capitol Heights, Md., and 18-year-old Terrell Osbourne, Jr. from Northwest D.C.Both Williams and Osbourne, Jr. were declared dead at the scene.

Two additional victims, a man and a woman, were found with gunshot wounds and have been treated at local hospitals; their injuries are not deemed life-threatening.

Later in the day, police released surveillance images of a vehicle believed to be involved in the shooting, which was possibly a 2019 white Honda Accord.

A visitor to D.C., staying with a friend in the area, reported hearing a series of gunshots after an argument outside.

He described the sounds as a rapid succession of shots, estimating around 15 to 20.

Initially mistaking the noise for a police standoff, he later realized it was a shooting involving two groups of people.
