Silvano Ornelas Jr. dies in fatal Fort Worth vehicle collision
Fatal Fort Worth vehicle collision death of Silvano Ornelas Jr. – Obituary
On Wednesday morning, a tragic incident occurred on Texas 360 near Fort Worth, resulting in the death of a 37-year-old man and injury to another individual.
The victims had exited their vehicles following an initial accident when they were struck by a third vehicle.
The collision happened around 6:15 a.m. near the intersection of Texas 360 and Trinity Boulevard.
While one victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the other was transported to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
Silvano Ornelas Jr. from Arlington was identified as the deceased by the Tarrant County medical examiner.
The driver of the third vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
The Traffic Investigation Unit is currently examining the details of the fatal crash.
