The Essex County District Attorney’s Office has identified Ashley Mangual, a 37-year-old resident of Fitchburg, as the victim of a deadly collision involving an SUV and a dump truck in Methuen last week.
Mangual was driving her SUV on Lowell Road when it collided head-on with a dump truck at approximately 7:30 a.m. on August 1. The impact left her trapped inside her vehicle, requiring firefighters to extricate her from the wreckage.
