Fatal Virginia Beach car crash death of Brian Rupert – Obituary
A tragic accident claimed the life of Brian Rupert, 52, in Virginia Beach on July 25. The Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to a collision in the 3800 block of Dam Neck Road.
Upon arrival, officers discovered two vehicles had been involved in the crash. Rupert, one of the drivers, was transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The VBPD Traffic Safety Unit continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
