Authorities have identified the victim of a recent drowning at Milford Lake as Ismael Ouedraogo, a 29-year-old private with the 5/15 CEC-A.
The incident occurred over the weekend, and Ouedraogo was reportedly swimming near the buoys at the state park’s swim beach when he submerged and failed to resurface.
Despite efforts by bystanders to revive him after he was recovered about ten minutes later, they were unsuccessful.
