Fatal Long Beach motorcycle collision death of Devon Tageson – Obituary.
Authorities have identified 51-year-old Devon Tageson as the motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a crash involving another motorcycle in Long Beach. The incident took place around 11:55 p.m. on Thursday on Artesia Boulevard, close to Long Beach Boulevard, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
The collision involved two Harley-Davidson motorcycles, with Tageson riding a 2004 model traveling eastbound alongside a 2005 Harley-Davidson. Preliminary investigations indicate that the two motorcycles collided, causing Tageson to be thrown into a parked vehicle.
Emergency services treated the other rider for unspecified injuries at a local hospital. While the investigation into the accident continues, authorities do not believe that speed, distracted driving, or impairment were factors in the crash.
