Fatal Montgomery County pedestrian crash death of Victor Perez – Obituary
The Montgomery County Police Department has identified 57-year-old Victor Perez as the man who died after being struck by an SUV on Thursday night.
The incident occurred on September 26 at around 7:21 p.m. at the intersection of E. Franklin Avenue and Seminole Street. Perez was hit by a 2015 Honda CR-V, and first responders quickly transported him to the hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation. Authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 240-733-6620.
