A man has died following a two-vehicle collision on Georgetown Road in Lexington on Wednesday evening. The crash, which occurred around 5:40 p.m. at the intersection of Georgetown Road and Capstone Drive, resulted in 39-year-old Brian Huddle suffering life-threatening injuries. He was transported to the hospital where he later died, according to the Fayette County Coroner’s Office. Another adult and two juveniles sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities have reopened the section of Georgetown Road that was previously closed for the investigation. The crash remains under investigation.
