Michael Lamont Bass II, 21, was fatally shot outside the No Haterz Motorcycle Club in west Louisville on New Year’s Eve. The incident took place around 10:30 p.m. on South 36th Street in the Chickasaw neighborhood. While en route to the scene, officers were informed that the victim was being transported to the hospital.
Upon arrival at UofL Hospital, medical staff confirmed that Bass had been shot in the chest and was rushed into surgery. Tragically, he passed away from his injuries shortly after the start of the new year.
