Fatal Acton homicide deaths of Aida Bensimon and Rosa Sandoval Rodriguez – Obituary
Two women were found dead in a home in Acton on Sunday, January 28, 2025, prompting a homicide investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Soledad Canyon Road, near the Santa Clara River.
The victims, identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office on Thursday as Aida Bensimon, 50, and Rosa Sandoval Rodriguez, 76, were discovered by deputies.
While the cause of death remains under investigation, authorities have detained a person of interest who lived at the residence.
However, this individual’s identity and the potential motive have not yet been revealed.
