Fatal Littlerock Road crash death of Michael L. Uphold – Obituary
A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred Saturday afternoon on Littlerock Road, resulting in the death of 65-year-old Michael L. Uphold.
According to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place around 3:35 p.m. in the 16800 block, north of Rochester.
Uphold’s vehicle rolled over, struck a tree, and the tree then fell onto the car. The direction he was traveling at the time of the crash has not yet been clarified. The road was closed for about three hours while the investigation took place.
The Thurston County Coroner’s Office has scheduled a medical examination for Tuesday to determine the cause of death.
