Fatal Forest Park shooting death of Sean Jones – Obituary.
Authorities have identified the fourth victim of the tragic Labor Day shooting that occurred on the Blue Line train. Forest Park police reported on Friday that 52-year-old Sean Jones from Chicago lost his life in the early morning incident while traveling on a train heading to Forest Park.
The suspected shooter, identified as Rahnni Davis, appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday in Maywood district court. He faces four counts of first-degree murder and is currently in custody.
During the court proceedings, prosecutors revealed that security footage allegedly captures Davis shooting passengers in the train’s last car. It is believed that the four victims were asleep when the attack took place. Previously, officials disclosed that Simeon Bihesi, 28; Adrian Collins, 60; and Margaret Miller, 64, were also killed in the shooting.
Records indicate that Davis has faced charges in at least six criminal cases in Cook County since November 2012, using multiple aliases and addresses.
