Omaha police have identified Logan White, a 21-year-old man, as the motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a crash in the Millard area on Friday morning. The collision occurred around 10:46 a.m. at the intersection of Millard Avenue and Q Street.
According to investigators, a 72-year-old man was driving a 2015 Chevrolet pickup and was making a northbound turn onto Millard Avenue from Q Street when White’s motorcycle collided with the side of the truck. White, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to CHI Bergan Mercy Hospital but later succumbed to his injuries, police reported.
The driver of the truck was unharmed in the incident. Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash.
