Fatal Paterson, New Jersey, scooter crash claims the life of Angelvl Javier-Reynos – Obituary
Authorities have confirmed the identity of the 18-year-old scooter rider killed in a tragic incident in Paterson on the night of October 2, 2024. Angelvl Javier-Reynos, a resident of Paterson, was riding a motor scooter with another teenager near the intersection of 9th and Madison avenues when a vehicle struck them at approximately 7:55 p.m.
Javier-Reynos was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other rider, also 18, sustained non-fatal injuries and was transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment. The investigation into the accident is ongoing, as the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office looks into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
