Fatal San Antonio, Texas shooting death of Christopher Paul Fuentes – Obituary
Christopher Paul Fuentes, 43, tragically lost his life early Saturday morning, November 9, 2024, in a shooting outside a Taco Palenque restaurant on Blanco Road in San Antonio. Authorities have ruled his death a homicide.
San Antonio police reported that Fuentes had been out with his daughter and her boyfriend, the suspected shooter, at a bar earlier that evening. An argument between Fuentes and the boyfriend led to the latter leaving the bar. Fuentes and his daughter later walked to the Taco Palenque location, where the suspect reportedly drove up to confront them.
When Fuentes approached the suspect’s vehicle, the man allegedly drew a weapon and shot him multiple times. Fuentes was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect fled the area in his vehicle and remains at large.
The San Antonio Police Department continues to investigate the incident and is working to locate the shooter. Further details will be shared as they become available.
