Fatal York County house fire death of Jeffrey Franek – Obituary
Authorities have confirmed that Jeffrey Franek, 65, of Hellam Township, was the victim of a deadly house fire that occurred on March 4 in the 5500 block of River Drive.
The York County Coroner’s Office identified Franek using dental records after weeks of investigation. While the cause and manner of death are still pending autopsy results, officials continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the fire.
Hellam Township police, along with Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshals, are leading the investigation. The cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time.
