Fatal Norwood crash death of Ellen Kana – Obituary
Eighty-year-old Ellen Kana from Norwood tragically lost her life in a pedestrian accident on Friday evening. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Pleasant Street, where Kana was struck by a vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver involved in the incident remained at the location, and as of now, no charges have been filed against them. The crash is currently under investigation by the state police, the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, and the Norwood Police Department.
