Brandi D. Odell dies in fatal Cherokee County, Alabama car crash
Fatal Cherokee County car crash death of Brandi D. Odell – Obituary
Brandi D. Odell, 46, of Gadsden, Alabama, and a 1-year-old passenger tragically lost their lives in a single-vehicle crash on November 19 in Cherokee County. The incident occurred on U.S. 411 near Pine Cone Road, roughly one mile south of Leesburg.
According to authorities, Odell’s vehicle veered off the road and struck a tree, resulting in the deaths of both Odell and the young child at the scene. A 3-year-old, also from Gadsden, sustained injuries in the crash and was transported to the hospital for medical care.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the incident.
