Authorities in Portland have identified Cedric D. Willis, a 42-year-old resident of Vancouver, as the victim of a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Wednesday, November 20, in the 13800 block of Northeast Airport Way.

According to police, the crash happened at approximately 8:15 p.m. Investigators reported that Willis was driving at excessive speeds when his vehicle lost control, overturned, and rolled off the roadway into a parking lot. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
