Fatal Wagner car crash death of Jerrica Zephier – Obituary

Jerrica Zephier, a 29-year-old woman, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle crash near Wagner on Thursday morning.

Zephier was driving a 2012 Dodge Charger when the vehicle veered into the west ditch near the intersection of 395th Avenue and 305th Street. The car vaulted over a culvert and rolled, ejecting Zephier from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene due to her injuries. Authorities confirmed that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
