Fatal Georgetown collision death of Carlton Smartt – Obituary
Carlton Smartt, an electrical contractor, lost his life this morning when two sand trucks collided, resulting in a tragic accident.
Smartt, who was jogging along the side of the roadway at the time, was struck by one of the trucks involved in the collision. The impact caused him to be pinned by the speeding vehicle, leading to his death.
