Fatal Washington County semi-truck crash death of Daniel Pfeiffer – Obituary
Authorities have identified 62-year-old Daniel Pfeiffer of Newberg as the victim of a deadly collision with a semi-truck in Washington County early Thursday morning, February 27, 2025.
The crash occurred just before 4 a.m. on Bald Peak Road at Southwest Elsinore Lane. According to deputies, Pfeiffer was driving east when he collided with a westbound semi-truck that was in the process of backing onto Elsinore Lane.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Pfeiffer was pronounced dead upon their arrival. Investigators stated that impairment does not appear to have contributed to the accident.
